Shipping charges

There will be no shipping charges for purchases over one hundred euros (€200). Otherwise, the shipping charges will be six euros (€6).

8.1 Execution and delivery times

IMT will ship products in Europe, the United States, Korea, Japan and Australia.

Once the Client has paid for the product, IMT has confirmed it, and the confirmation email for their purchase has been sent to the User, the products will be sent to the address stated by the User, in the purchase process, within the term provided on the Website, and no later than thirty (30) days after signing the contract.

IMT shall not be liable for any errors that may occur in the delivery of the products purchased in the event that the User has not correctly completed the form on the Website. If there were any incidents in the delivery time, IMT will inform the User adequately and immediately. The User must take into account that, in any case, no home deliveries will be done on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

In case of not being able to deliver the product due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave a notice and will try to contact the recipient by phone. After two unsuccessful attempts, the User must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.

The risks of the products will be borne by the User from the moment they are delivered and, in the case of their return, they will continue to be borne by the Client until they are delivered to IMT.
