SHIPPING & RETURNS

Garments purchased from TANGERINE will be sent with Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) for domestic and international orders.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and shown when confirming your purchase; they might vary depending on the package's destination, size, and weight.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order for international shipments depending on your country. Currently, we ship to some EU countries (Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Andorra, and Sweden), Norway, Switzerland, Korea, Japan, Australia, EE.UU., and Canada.

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent when your order has been shipped.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods incurred during return shipping. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

 

Returns 

If your order comes from the US, UK or Switzerland, please contact us at hello@tangerine-studios.com. If your order comes from any other place, please send your parcel back to the following address and we will proceed with the reimbursement once Tangerine receives the parcel. You may return items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law.

If Tangerine sent a different item in your order or the quality is not adequate, contact us at hello@tangerine-studios.com. In this case, Tangerine will assume sending and return costs.

The conditions of changing and return are:
1. The article must be in its original condition with all the accessories. It can not have been used or washed, or tampered with.
2. Must contain the original labels.
3. The client pays the return postage. No returns will be accepted to pay ports.
The refund amount will be returned to the same card with which payment has been made within seven days.
